Contract Management

< Coordination with commercial for placement of contracts, project cost

estimates and deliveries.

< Coordination with commercial and contractors for any deccripencies

during construction.

< Monitoring of cost overrun and prepare action plan accordingly for

completion of job.

< Ensure optimum utilization of materials to monitor the cost.

< To back down the overall cost estimate to individual activities for

better control.

Planning and Monitoring

< Study and analyse the area wise schedule in comparisation with project

schedule.

< Study and detailing into the micro planning of the schedule of

individual area.

< Ensure the progress of all micro level activities to meet the

construction target.

< Conducting regular meetings and interact with the contractors to meet

the target.

< To ensure optimum utilization of available resources.

< Finalization of the sequence of the project

< Conducting meeting with internally, Vendors, Contractors on daily,

weekly & monthly basis to monitor the project activity. Action plan to

be made for the critical activity with deployment of man power and the

other resources required to complete the same on time.

Material Management

< Coordination with contractor for deployment of material availability &

T&P on time.

< Follow up & monitoring for release of order on time with Vender as

well as internals to reach the material on time.

< Ensure timely procurement.

Fabrication Engineering

< Monitoring & control the designing processes & developing for

implementation during execution of project.

< Building dimensional components with Technical drawings, coordinating

with Design Department/commercial team in order to meet the project

requirements.

Erection, Commission and Maintenance

< Erecting and commissioning as well as conducting quality tests &

inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of utilities.

< Conducting inspection and tests to ensure the effectiveness of various

machines and equipments keeping in view the performance, safety & quality

standards.

< Planning and effectuating predictive & preventive maintenance schedules

for equipments; conducting periodic checks to ensure performance of

various equipment.

< Establishing quality standards, implementing stringent quality control

systems for incoming materials to enhance quality of products & reduce

the rejection rate.

Resource Management

< Implementing and monitoring effective procurement schedules along with

finalizing the specifications of the spare parts and establishing the

quality & quantity limits.

< Effectively allocating the resources optimising the available time for

enhancing profitability.

< Follow-up with suppliers for monitoring quality & expediting delivery

schedule.

< Join Abhijeet Group at Chandwa Site with a great challenge to work in

this difficult area with BHEL Main contractor for BTG Package.

< Functioning as BTG In-charge for 4x270MW in two phase at Chandwa site,

located at Latehar District.

< All four units progress is in advance stage, Drum of all four units are

erected, Drainable Hydro of two unit completed, One Unit is ready for

Light-up & consecutive synchronisation also but held due to some critical

constraints.

o Erection of Boiler Drum (175MT) in 98 days (after erecting over

2400MT of Structural) & received Client's appreciation letter.

They say it is an Indian record.

o Erection of Collecting Electrode at ESP received accolade from

Client & Owner. The method is unique in India resulting to 400-

450 nos of erection per day.
