Kingston General Hospital (KGH) is a well-established government owned hospital in
Kingston, Canada. For KGH, SAP 4.6C was already configured along with some
interfaces which existed for third party applications.
As per KGH requirement, system was to be upgraded to ECC 6.0 from 4.6C system,
organizational structure needed to be changed as per the revised structure and
accordingly new rules for the different unions which were not configured, needed to be
