I worked the winter season at Bullfrog Utah, Glen Canyon Recreation Area, Lake Powell, I
oversaw a staff of 12, doing about 90,000 a month aver edge sales, with a bar operation,
employee dining room operation, and main dining room operation. I created the new menu with
the national park service, I was charged with menu design, ordering and inventory, hiring,
training, reports, cash handling, and supervision of the staff. .
