I am working with Facility Management area for the past 12 years, in my
illustrious career; I had been a Facility Manager in, HCL Perot Systems,
DSL Software, DELL Computers, RMZ Corp as a Facilities Manager handling all
Bangalore projects. Last Assignment was with the largest real estate co CB
Richard Ellis as a Facility Manager.
I carry with me 20 years of total work experience which is spread across
Hospitality and Facility Management Industries. In my distinction of
handling Facilities right through the Project / Infrastructure stage,
setting up new Facilities and establishing Facility processes.

Key Responsibilities of Facility Manager
Resourceful in handling the Operations and Maintenance of power substations, utility
equipment, fire alarm and fire fighting systems, Building Automation Systems and
Access Control Systems.
Operation / Maintenance: - Responsible for ensuring smooth operability of all utility
equipment, instruments and systems, with minimum downtime, as per contractual terms
negotiated with the client. Planning, scheduling and supervising routine maintenance
activities of Electro mechanical devices and utility equipment / systems like power
sub stations, fire fighting / alarm systems, automation systems and access control
system. Generating cost savings through regular maintenance efforts.
Facilities Management / Housekeeping: - Supervising the installation and
administration of the fire alarm systems, fire-fighting systems, building automation

with the pollution control board for submitting Monthly cess returns}, Plumbing,
carpentry, landscaping, civil jobs & security administration for the organizational
premises / infrastructure. Executing the installation, commissioning of the LAN in
the organization from workstation to the jack Panel and also Execution of Telephone
connectivity from an MDF - IDF - Patch Panel at Customer end.
