transport themselves to different locations within the facility.

Sept 2005 – Dec 2005 Private Duty, Key Largo, FL – Personal Nurse Assistant

Duties: Assisted patient with activities of daily living, including cleaning, changing,

repositioning, making her bed, bathing and dressing her. Provided help

with oral care, nail care, shaving, feeding, and every day daily activities.

Helped patient transport to different locations. Tracked patient’s

medications and picking up medicine prescriptions. Cooked meals.

other documentation. Assisted with dining hall, helping the residents
