My first job after working overseas for some time was a choice to
work for Kendal auto group selling the Ford Product. In a short amount of
less than four months I sold over 80 cars. I used the skills from previous
job selling cars to create the same flow as before. My ability to overcome

Station Captain/Fire Crew Chief/Fire Inspector/ Instructor
Worked with KBR on Department of State mission to support the Iraqi
transition. Responsible for the safety and welfare of all on duty fire
department personnel assigned to daily shift. Responsible for day to day
assignments, truck check outs, to include, Training, Medical aid, ARFF
mission Readiness Rescue operations, Mutual aid, Shipboard firefighting,
and Industrial firefighting. Responsible for the scheduling of personnel
for weekly and monthly basis. Assigned as Fire Inspector for the base to
ensure that base is fire safe. Oversee all Fire Prevention duties to
include inspections and fire warden training. I am responsible fire
extinguisher training for personnel on base. Currently responsible for all
annotation on inspections findings and remedies to fix any issues that have
been found according to NFPA standards. Reports or issues are accurately
documented to ensure follow up for corrections can be accomplished
efficiently. Assist with training of all on duty personnel to ensure
standards are met.

communications. With new base and movement of personnel I have been
requested to assist with startup bases because of effective fire prevention

Station Chief/Fire Inspector/Instructor October to May 2011
Was instrumental in building a fire department from the incipient
stage. Prepared all fire department SOP's and SOG's to ensured viability in
the department. My responsibilities were to manage the Fire department day
to day operations for 20 personnel. Directed and managed training and
ensure that all NFPA standards are contiuiosly met. Was responsible for
fire prevention program. Was tasked with creating an inspection program to
inspect the current base, ensuring a fire safe environment for all persons
that that live on base. Responsible for fire warden training for all fire
wardens assigned for the base. Ensuring monthly inspections are complete
and accurate. Assigned as Fire Inspector for base ensuring buildings are
fire safe. Liaise with the Mayor cell to follow up with any discrepancies.
Was responsible for Plans reviews for newly assigned buildings or newly
constructed buildings. Assisted with the development of the annual training
program. Was instrumental in the institution of the program with monthly
training, therefore completing required NFPA annual training. I was also
tasked with overseeing property management. Created and index of all
equipment received and incoming equipment. Weekly reports were submited on

government items that are to be inspected to ensure viability and

My duties for Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) program
included a variety of things. I am responsible for the overseeing
communications of the personnel on the aircraft and any other entity
needed. I was able to oversee effective communications and ensure accuracy
while giving emergency reports by personnel. Ensure that accurate weather
is given on the hour or as needed. I was tasked with new SOP's for the
country of Saudi Arabia. Created an SOP that all personnel were able to
read and understand policies and procedures, while working in
communications centers all over the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia. I have been
tasked with making schedules, Logbook, and updating daily forms. I was
promoted to business development manager and overall project manager to
handle a major crisis in the company. I was able to facilitate meetings
with Prince's and Princess's in the royal family. Whilst creating an
ongoing dialogue with the current the contracting company I was able to
prepare new contract for work in Bahrain. I was able to liaise and partner
with company from Kuwait to acquire contract. We are still in litigation
with company in Saudi Arabia for past invoices not paid. As well as
employee invoices not paid by Action Aviation.
AFS Agility First Support Moron, Spain
Station Chief (Captain)/Firefighter September 2008 to
January 2010
I was hired as a Fire Crew Chief but learned that the postion did not
exist when I went to work in Spain. Although I did work as a crew chief .
The bulk of my responsibilities were that of a Station Chief. I ensured
that vehicles were consistantly in working order, and deficiencies are
noted and passed on or fixed if feasible. Maintain equipment records of all
truck equipment. Ensure that firefighters are completing assisgned tasks
given. Informed Assistant Chief of operations of any issues to be passed
on. Worked as station chief to ensure follow orders of assistant chief. As
station chief all assigned tasks were completed in a timely matter.
Supervised and participated in preparation of duty rosters for firefighters
of each shift to include vacation and holidays. Supervised approximately
nineteen firefighters, scheduled work hours, resolved conflicts, and placed
personnel to correct positions. Executed daily operations of newly assigned
tasks promptly. I was responsible to assign training to be completed daily
and monthly to meet NFPA requirements. Also any issues were discussed in
meeting at end of day with detailed information to pass on to next on
coming station chief. Ensured that all books, SOG's were up to date.
Assisted assistant chief to ensure Air force protocol was adhered to at all
times. Assisted all chiefs with paperwork for ORI, continually asked to be
a part of all activities that would help department. Was instrumental in
insuring that the dispatch center was maintained by assisting the dispatch
office on many occasions. Responsible for rescue operations with the
Shuttle missions for NASA to include confined space operations and rescue

credit card processing and ATM machines. I became very successful quickly
so I decided to hire sales representatives and invest in my company. My

employees paychecks. Insured they were paid on time. Managed all schedules
and work areas for employees. Hired call personnel to set and validate
appointments. Invested more money in company and grew to 15 employees. At
that point the crisis became evident my businesses began to close and sales
dropped. I had no choice but to shut down sales activities and let
employees find work elsewhere. Continuing to keep my skills as firefighter
I continually volunteered as firefighter for local fire company to keep my
NFPA certifications up to date and firefighting skills fresh.

I began working as automotive sales consultant for GM products to
include GMC, Chevrolet and Pontiac. I was involved in selling cars while
awaiting a job back in Iraq. It was a suggestion from my brother. From the
inception of the job I was able to sell a record amount of cars, over 250
hundred cars with less than two years. With hard work and ability to learn
I excelled to a level in cars that only one percent make. The keys to my
selling were ability to listen and help with solutions in a moment's
notice. Training on every new vehicle that the owner inventoried was
essential to my success. The monetary gains were tremendous so I decided to
stay. The keys to success were proper management of time. The preparation
of customer base in order to gain appointments every day was a skill that I
excelled at very rapidly. I became an expert on mitigating issues with
customers as ensured customer needs were met or find a solution. Creating a
sale out of no sale was a task that I often excelled at. As a salesman I
was able to network a group of people that were very instrumental in my

Fire Specialist/Safety Consultant June 2006 to November 2006
Worked with Honeywell. I was hired to help with fire and emergency
services but in country my job changed I had another task of safety officer
and up-armor specialist. It was to be a three month contract and was
extended three months more, due to great progress and work ethic. I was
apart of an elite team to travel to other bases in Iraq to plan and
implement up-armor for military vehicles. I was responsible for the safety
equipment and the logistics of all equipment to be needed. Discussed needs
and issues with upper management on a daily basis. Worked as a team to
insure that all vehicles were done effectively and safety of course at the
forefront. While working directly with many project managers to get tasks
done in a timely matter, I was given a promotion and supervisory position
over safety. Worked in as a consultant after project to assist with any
fire related questions.
WSI Iraq and Various bases
Lieutenant/Captain/Fire inspector April 2004 to June
2006
Worked on the ground floor of beginning fire departments for the US
military with the country of Iraq. I Worked with army to build fire
stations. Prepared inspection programs as well as safety programs for
military and civilian personnel. I was able to assist the military fire
department in every way possible to eliminate their workload, eventually
sending military firefighters home. Continually training on mission
oriented tasks such as, Car fires, Truck fires, Aircraft, UXO fires
structural fires and aircraft emergencies, rescue operations. Insured
firefighters they were assigned were trained and well equipped as within my
capabilities. Continued firefighting skills to be proficient as possible.
Logistics was very comprehensive and difficult but with hard work and a
team effort we were able to overcome and receive fire trucks and equipment.
Working closely with Project Manager on many occasions. Inventoried and
recorded all equipment as it was received. Creating inventory lists and
compiled data to insure proper equipment was categorized. Continually
worked with personnel from infancy to a fully working fire department.
Worked in various bases in IRAQ. Worked as captain overseeing station
operations and personnel. Was the pivotal contributor of inspection program
as well as the main contributor for the country Standard Operating
Procedures. Was lead in a team to insure that any deficiencies were
corrected during inspections. All activities were passed on to chain of
command every day in reports, by end of day. Always stressed the safety of
those underneath me and for there well being. It is most important to me.
Was lead on Communications Centers for many basses to include 21 bases in
Iraq. Insured that policies were in place and procedures were written and
supervised for each base. Insured that vehicles aircraft and any medical
vehicle were annotated and communications established. To include radio
equipment and coordination with military personnel to insure security
protocols were met. With communications in place there were many joint
ventures with MedEVAC units with the Military personnel to assimilate our
system to insure a virtual program therefore, insuring no loss in
communications. Trained Iraqi personnel in firefighter tactics to meet NFPA
standards.

Fire Crew Chief/Firefighter January 2004 to April 2004 to July
Worked as crash rescue firefighter specialist. Responded to fire
alarms and other calls for assistance, such as automobile and aircraft
accidents. Participated in courses with local fire fighters to help better
the understanding of firefighting techniques. Participated in fire drills
and demonstrations of fire fighting techniques in order to learn
firefighting techniques from experienced firefighters. Involved in physical
training activities in order to maintain a high level of physical fitness.
Worked as crew chief and fulfill all duties and responsibilities. As crew
chief it was responsibility to insure that captain's orders are followed.
Was a part of Communications program in that I was in charge of insuring
that all dispatch procedures were followed and training needed was

Intelligence/ Fire Station Captain September 1998 to September
2002
Directed and motivated soldiers and civilian firefighters by
leadership, abilities, and the desire to help build a better firefighter. I
was responsible for the well being of eight to twenty-five
soldiers/firefighters. I was able to maintain a schedule of all assigned
personnel to ensure effective personnel placement. Conflicts disputes and
general duties were sytemeatically accomplished. Trained firefighters to
progress through the ranks and become leaders. Created training for
firefighters in all the aspects of firefighting. Administered fire-
prevention that involved working directly with the public to create
awareness and understanding. Demonstrated firefighting skills with
effective presentation and demonstration skills. Worked with elite group of
firefighters known as FLATIRON. As a member of Flatiron I was responsible
for the knowledge of every helicopter in the army as well as aircraft that
would land on base. We were group firefighters that were crew members on an
