Attached is my resume along with 'Attachment A' which details my specific

experience in the field of Senior Project Management, specific to turnkey

Offshore installations, FPSO,SURF, Petrochemical Plants, Ammonia Urea

Enhanced Recovery. I am highly experienced and have successfully completed

many Brownfield and turnkey Greenfield Projects.

I have more than 30 years of industry experience in turnkey Oil & Gas,

Petrochemical, and Power Industry Projects, which includes Onshore, Subsea

and Offshore installations. Two decades of experience as Project

Manager/Advisor in the Middle East. Possess an excellent proven record of

successful projects, for example, I successfully managed Oil/Gas,

Petrochemical and Power projects simultaneously worth US$ 15 Billion in

Libya on schedule and within budget. I am a multi-disciplined executive

who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and interacts with clients

very effectively and efficiently. I am a Senior Fellow at the Canadian

The significant EPC contractors I worked with and managed are Bechtel (UK),

Technip (France), General Electric (USA), Siemens(Germany), JGC Yokohoma &

Chiyoda (Japan), Hyundai (South Korea). I was managing about 60

international contractors simultaneously for Libyan Sirte Oil, Gas,

Petrochemical, Power & Desalination Project which was a more than US$ 15

Billion. Due to international sanctions, I started, operated and managed

offices in three different countries including Singapore for three years.

Total number of Engineers managed was more than 5000, with peek manpower of

20,000.

To be specific regarding my experience in the Gulf, I have worked directly

with, or on secondment to, large companies including QGPC (Qatar), PDO

(Oman), KNPC and KOC (Kuwait), ADNOC (Abu Dhabi) and SABIC (Saudi Arabia),

of operations and projected timelines, and preparing a quantity survey

Details of Experience, Duties and Responsibilities

I have worked in the turnkey Projects such as Offshore Structures, FPSO,

Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Power, and Desalination industry for more than

three decades. My experience specifically involves project management and

construction co-ordination of Greenfield and Brownfield Projects. I was

Vice president, for Atlantic sub Sea Inc. and managed projects in North

America as well as in seven other countries, including the Middle East and

Asia.

A brief summary of my past job duties and responsibilities included,

overseeing and preparing contract progress/status/commitment reports, and

initiating corrective action when warranted. Interfacing with Construction

Management and Field Contract Supervisors. Preparing and managing a

complete suite of contracting procedures and forms. Monitoring progress in

accordance with schedule. Ensuring that the approved plans are executed in

accordance with standard procedures and project requirements. Defining the

overall contracting and manpower plans in conjunction with other project

disciplines and project schedule.

In addition, I have worked on a wide variety of systems including:

Industrial systems and processing systems (for example, in refineries,

petrochemical facilities, Desalination and Power Plants), manufacturing

systems, plants and products, environmental control systems (heating,

ventilating and air conditioning), transportation equipment (land, sea,

Experience in Operations & Maintenance(Offshore Structures and

Operating Plants)

Reading and interpreting diagrams, schematic drawings and related

technical information to determine work procedures. Assembling,

installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing and overhaul of

Turbines, compressors, boilers etc. Completing ignition analysis,

fuel, air, exhaust and engine management systems testing, fault

diagnoses and repair. Analyzing reciprocating and rotating machinery

to determine equipment condition, prediction to failure, corrective

and preventative measures, and equipment performance to design

intent.

Performing visual walk around inspections to determine the external

conditions and obvious operational or safety issues. Using a variety

of electrical, mechanical and specialty diagnostic test equipment to

diagnose problems and adjust engine systems. Providing preventative

and corrective field mechanical services on compression, processing

and production equipment on-site at client locations. Trouble

shooting and diagnosing mechanical and general electronic control

problems and all levels of system failure.

Inspecting malfunctioning or damaged equipment to determine the

nature and scope of the problem using applied failure analysis

Infrastructure

Managing oilfield work which involves inspecting, maintaining and repairing

drilling rigs and platforms, recovering subsea equipment and installing

production systems, such as loading buoys, Loading jetties for Low

Temperature Loading Arms for LNG and NGL, underwater pipelines. Revamping

underwater structures which may involve wet welding or dry habitat welding

and the fabrication of jigs and supports.

My offshore experience specifically includes the following. Managing EPCs,

supervising the work of rig crews (a drilling rig has two or three crews),

ensuring that the entire drilling or well servicing operation runs

smoothly, safely and efficiently. Managing and supervising contractors'

operations to comply with company policies and government regulations.

Organizing the setting up and dismantling of rigs. Supervising the driving

service rig equipment in convoy with other service rig vehicles from one

well location to another. Most importantly ascertaining that emergency

evacuation and medical procedures are posted, understood, practised and

implemented.
