liaison for all benefit and compensation programs while still maintain my Accounting functions of bank

account reconciliations, Accounts Receivable reconciliation to draw from the credit line on an as needed

basis, and Accounts payable Airlines. As HR I conducted morale boosting programs such as monthly to

quarterly lunches, employee recognition programs to help promote employee satisfaction and

productivity.

With the implementation of a new Accounting software system I successfully pushed for the cross

training of all Accounting department staff on the various accounting functions, and took on the

responsibility of back up for Accounts receivable credit and collection function.

At the 2010 sale of Forward Logistics Group parent company I stayed on as Human Resource
