Was promoted to fulfill a broad range of HR functions when it was determined the company needed a
more formalized HR and Payroll department. to oversee recruiting and training employees, administering
benefits, disciplinary action, managing HR records and annual enrollment meetings. I was the company
liaison for all benefit and compensation programs while still maintain my Accounting functions of bank
account reconciliations, Accounts Receivable reconciliation to draw from the credit line on an as needed
basis, and Accounts payable Airlines. As HR I conducted morale boosting programs such as monthly to

productivity.
With the implementation of a new Accounting software system I successfully pushed for the cross
