Duties consist of maintaining office databases and reports required by upper management and monitoring calls and emails. Process payroll and record keeping in regards to training certification and personnel documentation. Assist Safety Officer with various duties and reports required by upper management for quality control. Handle all flights, customs and immigration for Coast Guard approval. 2012 – (January – March) Expeditors and Production Services – Administrator

Duties consist of operating radio equipment and monitoring traffic. Support Safety Officer with duties and daily reports and inspections. Liaison with the Human Resource department with completing paperwork and making sure that all policies and procedures were followed correctly and maintain office databases and various reports with required data, plus general office duties. Work closely with Safety Officer in regards to reports and department audits. Coordinate with shore base with flight plans or any revision made to flight plans or personnel. Support Foreman with any equipment that needs to expedited to any rig or personnel. Process payroll and verify I-9 forms in regards to documentation and update training matrix or any needs the shore base human resources department needs in regards to personnel certificates and training.

2008 (December) – 2011 (November) Maersk Offshore Drilling – Administrator Supervisor

Handle loading data to various systems in accordance with the Maersk Drilling management system as instructed by the OIM include SAP, Synergi, and Skills XP. Coordinate with the Human Resources department to ensure all items arrive on location in a timely manner. Process payroll along with health benefits and I-9 verification forms for company personnel required by Human Resources. Work closely with Safety Officer with orientation of new personnel, safety reports, and making sure all permits and safety paperwork was properly documented and various other safety duties.

Duties include: Unloading equipment and ensure slings are in good working order and checks shackles to ensure they are tight and stay out of a pinch point / use tag lines on loads. Cleaning duties include involved cleaned the generator, store, and pump rooms, the pipe rack, key way, railways, stairways, and walkways. Chipping paint and buffing it when there is a need, occasionally relieves the roughneck on the floor, puts pipe on catwalks -- V-door (lay down pipe), greases the crane, assists the service hands in rigging up tools, and performs daily inspection of BOP equipment. Fuel the rig, monitors hole fill-ups while pulling out of hole, lining up trip tank, measuring pipe, and ensure all safety and riding belts to make sure they are in good condition.
