Founder and President of Kelly A. Fallucca Consulting. Collaborating with

like-minded people to create dynamic solutions to increase brand awareness

and generate revenue through effective marketing and public outreach

campaigns. Working with internal members of an organization, or managing

freelance teams to accomplish strategic goals and increase revenue streams.

Selected Accomplishments

The N.E.W. Program. A bariatric surgery center and metabolic wellness

clinic in Newport Beach, CA. Engaged to create an awareness of services in

Orange County. Authored a marketing and business development plan to

rebrand the nonsurgical weight loss program and expand the current market

share for the surgical center.

M.E. Weaver and Associates. Constructed marketing collateral and brand

positioning for the new proposed IT Healthcare Division. Concept was to

introduce the new department head as an information leader to the IT

Staffing community through strategic communications, events and public

speaking engagements.

LPF Hospitality Performance. Part of the PR Launch Team positioning this

new organization into the global hospitality market place. Created press

releases, website content and consulted on best practices for sales team

development.

AMS Tech. Developed and executed a national training and marketing program

resulting in distributors reaching 200% growth in distribution of the

product. Created original presentations; presenting to forums as large as

500 attendees.

MBA Productions. Built a new market network to transition company from an

automotive centric organization to a multi-industry agency. Secured

capacity presentations within six months of employment with high-level

prospects such as Disney and Microsoft.

Tustin and Huntington Beach Mazda. Developed content and presented

motivational-based training to the business office employees.

Corelink Staffing. Negotiated a multi-million dollar account within the

disability rating was awarded for this individual after only one year.
