OppenheimerFunds is an investment bank and full-service investment firm

offering investment banking, financial advisory services, capital markets

services, asset management, wealth management and related products and

services worldwide. The Project was to merge the historical data spread

across multiple legacy database. Marketing team sets up investors and

investor contacts, processes the transactions and generates reports from

Investor Data Ware application (IDW). Currently the marketing RFP team

consumes data from IDW, accesses reports from this application and

disseminates them to intended recipients. IDW has data stored since 2010

and the marketing RFP team needs data since 2005. This includes the

enhancements and functionalities that need to be added in IDW database and

the necessary interfaces that need to be developed, so that the reports

generated from (Cognos) IDW can effectively meet the needs of investors.

The system is to be enhanced, in such a way that it can support client

driven customized distribution lists and also can support ad-hoc contact

level reporting and can support fund level disseminations.
