-Maintained the highest rated inventory accountability of any other site in

the program, including 7 other sites

-Created an information chain to affected parties to address issues

presented weekly by encrypted email or secure communication when necessary

to ensure stakeholder were in the loop

-Ensured timely completion of projects, routine maintenance, repair,

calibration and inspection of real property, facilities and equipment for

the site

Facility Project Administrator 4 (May 2004 - March 2006)

-Manage construction projects and maintenance for all Alaska sites

including 15, abnormally large, secure facilities using contract and in

house labor under strict milestone incentive requirements

-Upgrades to communications, facility setup, equipment

-Escort government compliance teams, VIP tours, foreign dignitaries, and

developed the procedure to clear and notify participant of the security

scrub dates and times with information from FSO/ISO/military security

- Zone Chief (Lackland) managed employees to maintain 24/7/365 maintenance

operation on 58 facilities with a total of 2,306,575 sq ft including

classrooms, recreation facilities, dormitories and temporary residences

with project oversight of quality of life restroom renovations

-Manager Self Help Store (Lackland, Luke) with management of 1336 buildings

with a total of 11,595,990 sq ft, management of warehouse inventory to

support base housing/ facility improvements and equipment tool crib
