Lee Ray has been involved in construction, data collection, sub-surface utility layout, construction materials testing/
observation and inspections since 1991. Mr. Ray has performed construction materials testing on soils including
embankment fill, and structural backfill; concrete for curb& gutter, sidewalks, bridge deck placement, parking deck
placement, barrier wall, and concrete pavement; asphalt; and lime/cement based subgrade. Kept line item records for multi-
million dollar highway/ transportation projects and maintained document control throughout these projects. Installation of
