SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Develop Fixed Income product system, with strategic management and configuration controls on

investment product, that allowing flexibility of features to meet the demands of the market and

operational support in customer service, managed to attract nearly 30 million, an increase of almost

10 times the initial patrimony of the product;

Lead team of analysts and technology consulting to develop new product SWAP system, make

meeting of understanding with requestors to align the understanding and the scope of the project,

defining the architecture of the system and interface structure between the involved applications thru

project life cycle (SDLC). Implementation of the system which ensured the economy of 150

thousand monthly paid to keep the application package in the process;

To ensure low-budget, the project was developed, the change of calculation of income of the fund,

together with technology consulting, complementing the demand requirement by defining the methods

and processes of architectures, allowing the development of the project with internal resources.

Procedure reduced by 70% the value estimated by the consultant to run the same project.

Manage to meet the normative instruction ICVM (SEC in USA), the project was managed with a

focus on time and quality, identifying critical paths and focusing on minimizing risk by avoiding the

possible impacts on the development of the project. The delivery of the project for approval was 5

months in advance of planned, allowing more thorough validation of applicants and stakeholders and

implementing the project with quality assurance and guaranteed term.
