I am a proactive and Result oriented Diploma Holder from Herat University, currently
working in Afghanistan as Human Resource Specialist and helping the project facility
for DynCorp International in Herat RTC in the Western side of Afghanistan.
I have over four years experience having worked in various regions including HR

A. Acting in concert with the Director, Human resources (HR) to develop and implement
succession planning.
B. Providing technical support to anti-corruption department for implementation of the
