I am a proactive and Result oriented Diploma Holder from Herat University, currently

working in Afghanistan as Human Resource Specialist and helping the project facility

for DynCorp International in Herat RTC in the Western side of Afghanistan.

I have over four years experience having worked in various regions including HR

Specialist in Afghanistan.

Objective

2010-Present: Linguist and Project Human Resource Specialist

DynCorp International Free Zone LLC (AMDP/NTMA) Herat. Afghanistan.

Responsibilities:

A. Acting in concert with the Director, Human resources (HR) to develop and implement

succession planning.

B. Providing technical support to anti-corruption department for implementation of the

activities and facilitate arrange for external technical support if required for my current

company.

C. Implementing and maintaining processes designed to identify, fund and track completion
