Product / Process Improvement:

o Generating schedules for routine maintenance, calibration and

troubleshooting for press tool on a regular basis for higher productivity

o Conducting preventive maintenance, foreseeing performance bottlenecks and

taking corrective measures to avoid the same; facilitating DM cost

reduction.

Quality Control:

o Ensuring complete in-process quality control and continuous improvement

in process capabilities.

o Managing quality across raw materials, work in progress, finished goods

in various functional departments as per ISO-TS 16949 :2000 quality

standards.

Sr. Manager, etc.) with an annual business turnover of Rs. 150 Crores.
