I was the Plant supervisor for a filtration company in Louisville that due to the current economy, has been forced to shut down the company. I was responsible for ordering all of the shop supplies, keeping employees time on a excel spreadsheet, assigns jobs to employees, handles any problems that arises on the shop floor. I also can read detailed blue prints, pneumatic schematics and piping schematics. I have supervised as many as 200 employees in different departments, such as stamping, assembly, paint, welding and prefabrication and used varies hand tools and shop machinery to help in the fabrication process of the equipment. I also have some experience in the shipping and receiving department, which included prepping jobs for shipment and preparing paper work for the shipments and arranging freight lines. I also assisted in the rigging of the equipment to be loaded on to the trucks for shipments and in the fabrication process. I am currently working as a production supervisor on The Ford IP line. This line manufactures the dashboards for the f250 and f350 heavy-duty trucks to the carbon metal frames. I am also over the injection molding machines that produce the dashboards for the line.

Nelson Co. Vocational School graduate 2 year coarse in welding.
Also completed man man computer training, Zinger Miller Supervisory Training, Team building classes & continuous Improvement training, Train the trainer forklift safety training class, confined space training and I am also certified in CPR and First Aid
