Beds National Park. Project consists of demolition of old museum building and construct a new 5,000 sq. ft.
state of the art facility valued at $4,000,000. Phases of the project will include installation of radia nt floors,
photovoltaic solar array; day lighting, clerestory, skylight and solar tubes. The building envelope will include
structural insulated panels and solar ventilation system that will pre -heat fresh air.
This project is LEED Gold Certified.

Superintendent – Federal Construction Renovation of 58,000 sq. ft. 3-story building for Ft. Carson Department
of Public Works offices valued at $5.3 million dollars (LEED Project). Renovation of high security data center
for Government Defense Contractor in Aurora, Colorado valued at $500,000. Dut ies include project startup,
subcontracts, scheduling, project job cost, code and track invoices, project meetings/conferences with security
officials and defense contractor; ensure all required work meet federal regulations, schedule inspections, ensure

valued at $1.2 million dollars at Shaw Air Force Base, Sumter, South Carolina. Installed a water main
replacement valued at $900,000 and whole building repair (bldg #61 & 62) valued at $460,000 at Naval

Sacramento, California, and Fernley, Nevada. Also built a 3-story, 106 room Comfort Suites motel in Elk
Grove, California; 7,000 sq. ft. retail food center in Pittsburg, California ; 13,000 sq. ft. retail center in San
Ramon, California. Duties included reviewing bid packages, project startup, subcontracts and purchase orders,

Superintendent– Coordinated and supervised numerous retail tenant improvements projects. Ground -up

California; McDonald’s fast food restaurant in Vacaville, California, and a joint venture project with Sprint and
Bechtel Corporation to install cellular phone transmission towers in Northern California. Duties included
project startup, subcontracts and purchase orders, scheduling, job cost, ensure all required work met local, state

Project Manager – Started as a Project Superintendent and successfully promoted to Project Manager with
responsibilities including scheduling and coordinating all aspects of construction and renovation of various

ACHIEVEMENTS
Successfully took over a $2.5 million dollar law firm construction project in San Francisco which was
behind schedule and utilized project management skills to get the project back on schedule and finished on-
time and within all budgeted costs (The Shorenstein Co.).
Completed two ground-up 78,000 sq. ft. concrete tilt -up buildings 5 months ahead of schedule. Upon
completion of the Aerospace support facility at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina, the A.S.F. Squadron
presented me with their squadron coin, the first time a civilian contractor has been presented with this honor
(HITT Contracting, Inc.).
