08 SAP HCM-PD Implementation Project Nov 08 - Mar 11, Waterloo, Canada:

ESS Expense: Configured expense schema, trip variant for Canada (07), local

mileage and trip receipts. Designed ESS expense portal layout, POWL query

reporting. Developed custom Expense report providing details of Employee,

trip location, receipts, internal order or sales order details and totals.

Step Progression project was implemented to automate appraisal process

using custom appraisal template on MSS. Documented the blue print,

functional specs. Configured and customized IT0033 to store ratings and

status of the appraisal (draft, save, submitted). The functionality was

supported by WDA functions and the appraisals comments were stored in

IT0033 (Notes screen for each entry).

Subsequently supported the step progression application, led the HR team to

support and implement PA, OM, and Time. UI was developed using FPM based

design for easy navigation. Led the ESS time sheet application project team

and involved in configuration of CATS profile, ESS CATS, LPD_CUST.

07 SAP Upgrade Project Apr 08 - Nov 08, Gandhi Nagar, India:

UWL)

This Project was intended for Functional Upgrade of SAP version from 4.7C

to ECC 6.0 (My SAP ERP 2005). Technical upgrade was implemented in April -

2008. The upgrade includes splitting of Companies into three (GSPC, GSEG &

GSPL) and provide separate Chart of Accounts.

I was involved in demonstration of ECC 6.0 - HCM Modules features to the

client and highlight the delta changes over 4.7. Documented business blue

prints and gap analysis documents. Involved my team to document

configuration, functional specs. Provided Solution and design of HR

administration processes, appraisals, Travel planning, travel booking,

policy compliances and expense claims, auditing and archiving of expenses.

Worked during the realization, data migration and go-live phases.

I Worked as Team lead Tata Internal SAP Support Project (Hyderabad/

Mumbai). Involved in support and enhancements of PA, Time, and ESS modules

Benefits, time, ESS & MSS (in addition other SAP modules like SD, MM).

Halliburton has intended to upgrade for a SAP Technical & Functional

Upgrade from 4.6c to my SAP ERP 2005 (including Enhancement Package -1).

Payroll Support: Supported the Payroll team to execute monthly, by weekly

and weekly reports. Involved in Payroll support and maintenance activities,

TUBS, third party remittance activities.

The technical scope is to 1. Perform Unicode Conversion 2. SPAU & SPDD

adaptation 3. Net-Weaver & EP 4. Migration from ITS to EP 5. Identification

of obsolete Include programs, Programs and Tcodes across all the Major

modules.

I was involved in migration of functionalities from ITS server to ESS / MSS

Business package and implementation of ESS Work-sets Employee Search,

Expenses. The MSS work-sets included Employee info, EE working time, Comp

California had intended to migrating Adobe Forms to SAP system using SAP

data and workflow process. Project role was onsite Project lead and HR

ESS/MSS consultant reported by 10 resources from Pune, India. The Project

includes configuration of Standard ESS / MSS applications and custom Adobe

Forms were developed on the Enterprise Portal developed by using Webdynpro

applications. Migration of Adobe Forms from Adobe Forms Manager System to

SAP with front end as EP in ECC 6.0 environment

was a US Pharma Major based in Indianapolis, IN and the Project name was

GBIP - SAP PROGRAM.

GBIP - Global Business Integration Program was intended to streamline the

business process across all the member affiliates in various countries and

operate them on a single platform. The GBIP program includes support, Roll-

outs and enhancements as per the defined roadmap for the overall program

execution.

Offshore: Mar '03 to May '05- Bangalore, India

Position : Project Lead & SAP HR Lead Consultant

Responsibilities The 3.5 years of Project includes projects and Production

support activities. I was also involved in Onsite - Offshore coordination,

A. PA, PD & Recruitment Module Lead:

ESS: Implemented and supported the Work-sets of "Life & Events" &

Personnel Information. (Homepage framework, self - services and

data. IT 0015 was enabled for specific wage types to deduct benefit

premium and processed through US Payroll

C. Designed interface between the R/3 and the recruitment Web server

including Mercator Mapping, Router ID creation. Designed the User

friendly layout on the intranet.

D. SPAIN TIME Implementation & support: I was team member of the Spain-

Time Implementation Project (July-2003 to Dec-2003). I was involved in

Holiday calendar creation, Work-schedules planning and customization,

Edited Schema and PCRs for time evaluation and posting time data to

Payroll. Customized RPTQTA00 report to generate Absence quotas.

E. Training & Development: I was involved in the support of Front end ITS

based custom interface for Training and development activities. For

the back end system, supported the configuration, customization and

ABAP development of the Function Modules / interfaces with ITS system.

F. Payroll Support: Configured US Payroll - wage types, symbolic accounts

to wage types, PU12 posting of Gross payroll, third party bank

interface, Insurance and metlife deductions. Also involved in annual

01 SAP HCM Implementation Project (Sep 2002 to Mar 2003, India):

Client: ISPAT STEEL

Modules: SAP 4.6C - PA, OM, PD, e-recruitment, Benefits, ESS

Worked as SAP HCM Consultant for 'Steel Symphony' Project for ISPAT Steel,

Dolvi, Maharashtra, India.

SAP HR in Steel Symphony: A common HR Business process outlined for both

the units of IIL (I spat India Ltd) at Dolvi and Kalmeshwar work-schedule

for six days per week / 3 shifts configured to assign the employee groups

accordingly. The system is designed anticipating the future implementation

of Payroll (India version), ESS & workflow. The e-Recruitment process was

developed to vacancy, Advertisement and Applicant data maintenance.

PA/ OM/ Benefits: Worked on blue print, design and blue print of PA/OM and

benefits modules along with ESS. For Benefits configured health, dental and

life insurance through service provider (LIC of India).

Benefits data was downloaded and manually sent through email to service

provider.

The project followed standard SAP ASAP methodology. Documented blue print,

gap analysis, configuration and functional specs documents. Worked with

development team to build data conversion, upload and day to day reports

for head count, vacancy positions. Uploaded employee master, Org structure

in UAT and Production systems. I conducted end user training in SAP HR

transactions / reporting.
