For Quicken Loans, Selected to be a part of the start up team to open the
Cleveland Contact Center. It grew from 50 to 300+ people. Specialized in

For Toll Brothers, I worked exclusively with clients purchasing Toll

these goals. Managed the Affordable Dwelling Unit (ADU) program Toll had
