Professional Experience and Accomplishments
Implemented new custom programs and procedures by researching and self teaching new database and inventory control programs.
Limiting data entry time and improving customer filing systems and eliminating inventory control errors.
Increased speed of document processing between office staff and warehouse by obtaining correct procedures for document verification and government compliance. This also allowed for our warehouse to receive the products on time without storage fines for the company.
Excellent leadership skills applied by overseeing controls, inspections of all logs and audit preparations resulting in passing scores of internal audits.
Strong drive to accomplish personal goals set of 100% on test results of employee training exams and government issued testing. One time in particular receiving a passing score of 97% but using personal time to retake the test to achieve 100%.

I have knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel, and Word. I was designated as a lead representative for a high paced office. I was excellent at data entry of customer information, sales orders, requested reports and invoices. Problem diagnosis with minor technical support problems and help desk. Resolving computer and programs errors for other co-workers. I managed and trained up to 12 employees. I pride myself on my experience by taking a little bit of each job with me. I enjoy learning new things and having the opportunity to experience everything a career has to offer me. It may not look like that based on my employment history being so short but it proves that once I land a great position I try my best to stick it out for the duration.
