MANAGEMENT
From January 2007 to November 2007 I was the General Manager of one of the UPS franchises in
Tucson, Az. In this position I had all responsibilities, staffing, accounting, customer service, inventory,
payroll and all mailing expectations.
For a short time period in 2010 I went into business for myself in the gifting industry. This was a great
opportunity to learn about other aspects of running a business that I was unaware of.
SALES
From the age of ten I have always had that marketing spirit, when I started my own candy sales
business, I kept inventory tracked profits and promoted myself well. Every place of business I have
ever worked in I conducted myself in that same manner.
COMMUNICATION
Having worked with the elderly, I have learned to be a spokesperson for them and to relay the
information back to them and keeping the peace all in the same instance so nobody is offended or
disturbed in any way. I have participated in public speaking classes to learn how to speak properly and
make myself heard.
LEADERSHIP
I was always meant to be a leader, I have vision, I communicate well and I get things done. I have had
many jobs where I was hired as a simple worker and excelling at that I received promotions, raises and
even consulted on matters by management.

Working at Le Delice I had a lot of responsibility and conduct most of these duties throughout the day
by myself, these duties included working the front counter cashiering and handing out pastries and
breads, seating all patrons, dishwashing, Preparing Food and all will working as Wait Staff.
