Presently I am working as General Manager Manufacturing in Axtel Industries Ltd at Halol, Gujarat

Which is a Leading Manufacturer of Equipment and Turnkey systems for Food, Pharmaceutical and

Chemical Industries.

Joined Axtel in November 2011 and heading and owing Manufacturing division which includes

6 main functions like PPC, Production, Out sourcing and Vendor development, Stores and Inventory

control, Packing and Dispatch, and Maintenance of the factory.

Job Responsibility:-

Responsible for overall Production, control and management of all activities like manufacturing

oversee all of the elements required to produce a product, including the raw materials, machinery

and equipment and personnel and logistical operations of the company.

Developing manufacturing and operational strategic plans and generally overseeing their

implementation to ensure maximum capacity utilization of the manufacturing units towards

achieving the company’s growth and profit.

Responsible for formulating policies, programs, and objectives affecting the schedule, quality, and

cost of manufactured products.

Oversee planning and implementation of production plans including receiving sales forecasts;

requisition for procurement of raw materials, Bought outs, consumables; and manufacturing of

products

Promoted as HOD Isolator Division. Isolator is a Containment Technology works under Negative

Minimized cost of numbers of Parts which were manufactured at Vendor’s Place, where I felt the

cost was high. This has helped in minimizing the manufacturing Cost.
