procedures in support of refinery Management of Change (MOC).

Provides Refinery documentation support and assistance during

Oversees that contractors are following established procedures

for drawing development.

Interfaces and coordinates activities with engineering

personnel, vendors, and design contractors to resolve document

management issues in a timely manner.

Participates in the AutoCAD and Document Librarian advisory

groups to ensure current practices are utilized.

Assists the Refinery Equipment Coordinator in updating drawing

information from the engineering file room and Document

Librarian after equipment has become obsolete, has been

replaced or removed from the refinery.

Manages ongoing responsibility for the archives; controls

access to the document files.

support of these softwares in conjunction of ProjectWise

integration.

Support of ProjectWise versions 3.8, 8.5, & V8 XM for the

Coordinate the exchange of data; ensuring not only our business

process is followed by the vendors but that they are submitting

the information in a clean and proper manner according to our

C.A.A. agreement.

To maintain the Auto Cad/Microstation license file Flex LM

Server, this controls the amount of License files that are
