Facility Layouts for the DHOUP project.
Communicates and provides to all Marathon personnel and
contractor personnel: (1) the Detroit Refinery's Drafting
Standards & Procedures.
Assists with checking and setting up drawings for refinery
project work.
Oversees updating of drawings and the Check In/Check Out
procedures in support of refinery Management of Change (MOC).
Provides Refinery documentation support and assistance during
plant emergencies and in support of external audits.
Oversees that contractors are following established procedures
for drawing development.
Interfaces and coordinates activities with engineering
personnel, vendors, and design contractors to resolve document
management issues in a timely manner.
Participates in the AutoCAD and Document Librarian advisory
groups to ensure current practices are utilized.
Assists the Refinery Equipment Coordinator in updating drawing
information from the engineering file room and Document
Librarian after equipment has become obsolete, has been
replaced or removed from the refinery.
Manages ongoing responsibility for the archives; controls
access to the document files.
