SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
• Construction professional and mechanical engineer with experience in commercial, federal, industrial and
institutional sector projects, including new construction, renovations, and facilities maintenance from
$500K to $90M. Experience in CM at Risk, Design-Build and GC delivery methods. Able to lead all
phases of a project from preconstruction to closeout.
• Experience with government contract regulations with different agencies, including the Department of
Veterans Affairs, USACE, NASA, NAVFAC, and GSA. Proficient in FAR regulations for different agencies,
procurement for set-aside subcontracts, Davis-Bacon and other reporting requirements. Experience with
healthcare and educational projects involving demolition and renovation in existing facility and new
construction. Strong MEP experience with new construction and renovation, power distribution and UPS
systems, air and water cooled HVAC systems, central energy plant.
• Proven-ability to manage complex, multi-phased projects, including a $20.5M construction & renovation
project with over 50K SF of new construction, 98K SF of renovation and 42K SF of demolition. This
project was completed on time, with zero punch list, $620K in Owner savings and a fee increase to the
CM of $80K in OCIP shared savings.
• Strong leader with ability to develop and communicate action plans and maintain a close working
relationship with project team. Supervise multiple superintendents, project engineers, and trade
subcontractors and provide field coordination between the Architect, Owner, and Construction Manager.
• Administer contracts and prepare change orders; develop and maintain schedule; perform constructability
reviews; and review and manage all submittals and RFIs. Manage project cost controls and prepare
forecasts, job cost reviews, and Owner’s billings. Facilitate communications with the client and provide
timely reporting. Prepare closeout documents and handle all warranty calls to Owner’s satisfaction.
• Able to fast-track projects and achieve financial goals. Delivered all projects under budget with savings to
clients and increased profits for company.
• Exemplary safety record with no lost time accidents on any project through leadership and enforcement of
OSHA regulations and company safety and quality assurance programs. Knowledgeable in administration
of wrap up, OCIP/ DCIP, programs.
• Excellent Computer Skills - ISqFt and Planwell pre-construction software, Prolog, Procore and Timberline
project management software, Suretrack, MS Project, Primavera P3 scheduling software. Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual and willing to travel.
