Organized work and team obligations to maximize time and task efficiency. Created a cost effective time line that

generated work and freed up time to do other tasks. IMPACT: Improved efficiency and effectiveness of labor; left ample

time other tasks to be completed in a less stressful environment with minimal safety issues.

Originated integrated operation plans, created a time matrix for assignment management and followed through with it.

IMPACT: Projects and assignment ended with productive results. All task were completed on time which resulted in the

accomplishment of the time matrix.

and achievements among soldiers, and employees. IMPACT: Reduced costly down time and turn around staff training

time.

Evaluated the flow of work order communications and challenges up and down the labor, supply and task management

information lag time for getting PPE’s to sites, and improved achievement of established work deadlines.
