. Operates Bake shop Cutting machine, keeping watch for any

malfunctions.

. Responsible for maintaining quality and quantity of pouches as set by

Quality Assurance and by Packaging Production Standards.

. Performs SPC functions (weight/quality checks) every 30 minutes or

hour depending on the line to ensure quality are maintained within

standards.

. Clear jams on machine as required. May operate two machines

simultaneously,

. Performs certain mechanical adjustments needed for production &

quality aspects of the food products and able to reaches production

targets with quality all times.

. Uses computer to retrieve changeover information and settings.

. Reports machine malfunction (mechanical/electrical) to mechanic,
