Detroit Washers and Specials (MH Industries) - Inside Sales -

responsibilities included quoting flat washers and special stampings.

Quoting included getting estimates for material, plating, heat treat and

for other services that may be required to meet the customer's

specifications. In addition, I followed up on quotes, negotiated pricing,

and brought in new customers through prospecting and networking. I

initiated the safety program which resulted in no reported incidents in the

following year.

Bearing Distributors Inc. - Inside Sales/ Customer Service and Account

Manager for Chrysler's conveyors systems and power transmission needs,

servicing all US locations. Responsibilities included expanding the

customer base and servicing other existing accounts such as Ford, General

Motors and hundreds more. This required sales, purchasing; procurement;

preparing EDI orders; quoting and following up on estimates; providing

technical support; expediting rush orders; and visiting plants to observe

installations, deliver components, and collect data.

Service. Provided technical support for power transmission components to

customers, and the outside sales force. Followed up on quotes and

CSC Industries - Wixom, MI Tier 1 (OEM QS-9000TE Certified): Inside

Sales/ Customer Service and Account Manager for DaimlerChrysler servicing

all North American locations. Responsibilities included expanding the
