A contract packackaging/ship direct/corrugated box manufacturing company servicing General Motors and

Delphi Corporation.

Manage all aspects of the accounting department, including bank reconciliations and financial statements.

Implemented automated billing system for shipments of packaged parts to PDC’s and Corrugated customers.

Utilizing General Motors provided programs, revised accounts receivable process by utilizing payment detail from

EDACOR and GM Supply Power to match plant receipts to shipments. Resulting in a reduction of unapplied cash

and outstanding accounts receivables.

Designed and implemented changes to the ship direct order processing (approx 3,000 lines per day), resulting in a

reduction of invoicing time from 4 hours per day, to less than 1 hour per day. In addition, the cash posting time was

reduced from 5 days to 4 hours, with 96% accuracy.

Implemented an electronic upload program for physical inventory of auto parts, reducing data entry time from 80 man

hours to 1hour.
