all activities of construction for a cooling tower replacement project.

This $7.6 Million Dollar Project consisted of demolition of existing

towers, reconstruction of concrete tower basin, erection of (8) new 9,500

ton cooling towers, 48 inch condenser return, underground plumbing,

controls, electrical, electrical gear, and transformers. Included start up

and commissioning.

National Institute of Health

Project Manager / Estimator / Purchasing

Managed all activities of construction for the installation of underground

utilities from campus utility vault to building 60. This 800K Dollar

project consisted of installation of high pressure steam, high pressure

steam condensate, pumped condensate, chilled water supply and return,

installed in a 600 foot concrete trench with (2) intersecting service

manholes. Services from trench thru building hallway to mechanical room to

eliminate existing independent chillers and pumps. Included, controls,

start up and commissioning.

2009 to 2011

Managed all activities of construction for a controls integration project

for boiler and chiller plant. This $3 Million Dollar project consisted of

new front end, (2) operator work stations as well as new control panels for

(6) steam boilers, (7) chillers, (8) cooling towers, new control devices

and wiring for each piece of equipment.

Project Manager / Estimator / Purchasing 2009 to 2011

Managed all activities of construction for the expansion of an existing

chiller plant. This $8 Million Dollar project consisted of new building,

installation of new 3500 ton chiller, (2) new 2000 ton cooling towers, (2)

vertical condenser pumps, 24 and 30 inch underground condenser and chilled

water pipe. Included. Electrical, controls, start up and commissioning.

infrastructure replacement, steel structure for (3) new custom air

handlers, water service upgrade with back flow preventers.

building for Guide Hall reactor operations. Installation of new underground

utilities, steam, chilled water, compressed air, sanitary and storm water
