duties included working directly with our customers,
coordinating multi-billion dollar transactions with our
local agency and branch operations, pricing national
transactions, attending closings when necessary and
participating in client development and entertainment. I
managed a staff of six (6) employees in implementing the
closing of these transactions. I was also tasked with the
responsibility for the building of relationships with the
less senior members of the various law firms and lenders
that the Major Accounts Representative had assigned to him
with the intention of developing continuity in the sales
process.

responsibility for the development of new business in my
assigned territories. I was accountable for prospecting

one hundred percent of goal each month and had demonstrated
a high level of selling skills and performance. During my
tenure I placed first in the annual companywide Selling
Skills/Product Knowledge Demonstration Competition that
took place.

I worked as a management trainee for this provider of title
insurance and real estate related services to the real
estate community in Westchester County. In this capacity
I acted as the liaison with outside vendors, customers, and
employees in meeting scheduled deadlines for delivery of
the product as well as providing support for our field
sales force. In addition, I processed all escrows received
at closings for the purposes of paying taxes and releasing
any existing liens.
