director in transfer of authority of Navy's five maximum security detainee
compounds into Army Military Police Battalion structure, ensuring all

efficiency. Senior Enlisted Advisor responsible for Iraqi Correctional

guards in support of Task Force 124 detainee operations. Worked closely
with ICO Warden and Bi-lingual/Bi-cultural Advisor to develop US Iraqi team
building initiatives aimed at enhancing mutual respect and cultural
awareness between the US guard force and ICOs, resulting in a stronger,
more diverse work force with increased opportunities for integrating ICOs
into Counterinsurgency (COIN) and Information Operations (IO) campaigns.
