-Complete re-certification assessments for continuation of care, update plan of t reatment,
communicate with physicians, DME companies, and therapies involved for continuity of
care. Working as a multi-disciplinary team with community agencies, dietitian, social
workers, physical and occupational therapist, and case managers
-Responsible for infection control, incident reports and quality assurance of clinical
department
-Implement orientation process for new hires
-Implement processes for quality improvement for clinical department
-Responsible for medical records and quality assurance of nursing documentation
-Participate in office financial goals
-Responsible for clinical audits, quarterly audits, participate in audits for regulatory bodies
(WA, ID, ACHC) responsible for plan of correction and implementing new process and
education to field staff

managers

vacs, assisting in cast application, removal of cast with cast saw, monthly access/deaccess
