To Whom It May Concern:

Subject: Application for Employment

I am seeking employment within your company based upon the positive reports I’ve

heard about your organization and your raised level of professionalism.

I feel I am a strong candidate for your business as I have successfully completed a one-

year Office Administration course at NBCC Moncton. During this course my studies

focused on Advanced Word, Excel, Business Communications, Accounting manual and

simply 2004, Access, Outlook, as well as PowerPoint.

My personal abilities include being very well organized, efficient and possessing strong

interpersonal skills. I have great job experience as I am currently employed at

ExxonMobil as an Inventory Specialist with Commercial Aviation. I have upgraded my

Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Accounting, and Microsoft Office levels over the years with

the company. We had in-class training on these programs as new levels came out.

My position as an Inventory Specialist is very meticulous. I reconcile inventory every

month for 16 Canadian Airports, as well as, manually process over 3,000 airline fuelling

tickets monthly. I process weekly invoices, and send them to be paid. My job also

entails, filing, excel spreadsheets, business math, answering the phone, and conducting

bi-weekly to monthly meetings with Airport Managers as well as, sales reps.

I pay close attention to detail, and can work under pressure, and with tight deadlines, with

little to no supervision.

If a job opening becomes available, for which you feel I might be qualified, I would

appreciate and interview. I can be reached at home at 506-***-****, cell (506)-380-

0449, or e-mail abwj21@r.postjobfree.com.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Laura Lutes
