Oversaw the addition and remodel of the plant. Project included building 2 Digesters, a Grit Removal Storage Building, a

Dissolved Air Flotation Tank; retro fitting the Air Blower system, rebuilding the Sludge Basin, retro-fitting the Aeration

Basins, retro-fitting the Chlorination Room. Modified and improved Control rooms in addition extensive underground

utility and power work, associated embeds, handrails and support structures.

• Managed team of 10- 20+ staff; ensured all staff able to efficiently and accurately complete tasks.

• Saved $ 300,000.00 for the contractor on major addition project; found innovative ways to successfully complete

project while working closely with mechanical and electrical Contractors.

• Liaised with officials; ensured all documents and permits in place for projects.

• Dealt with the time constraints utility lines that had to be turned over by a specific time.

Oversaw the construction of the 3 year, 33 Million USD project. Converted 68 buildings on base to low temperature hot

water system.

• Supervised all the civil/concrete trades and crane operators, augured piling, reinforcing steel, concrete formwork,

placement, surveying/ control, compaction/ density testing for all structural foundation

• Interfaced with Mechanical, Piping and electrical subcontractors with foundation’s progress.

• Interfaced with subcontractors and participated in weekly meetings, with architectural applications to Roof.

• In charge of 25 -57 workers.

• Assured all safety procedures were being followed at all times.

Project was completed on schedule and achieved more than 10% (expected) profit .

Completed concurrently during contract work, an additional $ 5,000,000.00 in U.G. Utility + Foundation work

on the Air Force Base.
