program development, procedure writing and application support desk

functions for over 500 employees at 23 locations. Direct the revisions of

existing programs and back office job processes to increase operating

efficiency or adapt to new requirements. Manage testing processes for

accuracy and quality, coordinating user test teams and interpreting test

results for procedure revision or enhancement. Provide direct oversight of

four programmer / analysts and seven application specialists. Work with
