Responsibilities:

The Jr. CFO position is a strategic position with finance, reporting and trading teams (Americas) reporting directly to me. Directly reporting to the CFO, I was also part of the Executive Management Group that were responsible for:

- Strategic Budget Planning, Optimization and Reporting

- Strengthening Business Opportunities and Building the Brand in normally “weak presence areas”

- Risk Mitigation Process for both Company and Customers

• Team leader for all Financial Reporting to CFO on Quarterly, Monthly and Weekly basis

• Consolidation of Financial Reports from 5 different profit centers. Conversion of currencies into USD, looking for

exchange variance and value opportunities

• Converted financial statements to comply with International GAAP standards with CPA team

• Risk and Exposure analysis for accounts including British Pound Sterling (GBP), Australian Dollar (AUD), and

Canadian Dollar (CAD) predominantly against Crude Oil, Copper (Cu) and Gold (Au)

• Optimized business processes with a focus on increasing efficiencies

• Briefed traders on daily outlook from Forecast and Analytics team in Hong Kong

• Created Business Plans to increase presence in Canada, Mexico and Venezuela, areas considered high profile

Sr. Financial Analyst (July 2009 - September 2012) Focus Eye Consultants, Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Project: Pre IPO Valuation and Feasibility Study Industry: Real Estate

Duration: 19 months

• Research and documentation on requirements for Initial Public Offering (IPO) in New York and Hong Kong stock

exchanges. Initially the intent was going public in New York. Once the Board of Directors decided against it the

project was asked to come up with an alternative solution which ended up being Hong Kong

• Determined IPO scenarios based on Valuation Analysis from current financial statements

• Analyzed Intrinsic Value from metrics like Present Value of Future Cash Flows (PVFCF), Economic Value Added

(EVA), Price to Book (P/B), Price to Sales (P/S) and Dividend Discount Model (DDM)

• Computed Profitability Ratios including Sales Margin, Operating Margin, Gross Margin, Return on Equity (ROE),

Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Invested Capital (ROIC)

• Ran 8-12 year scenarios based on assumptions and forecasts. The object was to determine the company’s

vulnerability to the ever changing economic climate. Much effort was put into the Intrinsic Valuation by paying

dividends on an Annual, Semi-Annual or Quarterly basis

• Evaluated and computed the additional cost associated to being in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act

• Both Studies concluded with a presentation to C-Suite level executives, Board of Directors and the Executive

committee. In both cases the outcome of the study pointed opposite the Investment Bank’s recommendation of going public

Project: Financial, Forecast and Production Tool Industry: Manufacturing

Duration: 8 months

• Development of Windows Mobile Application to aid in outside sales, mitigate lagging in process order to

manufacturing to delivery. Programming was outsourced to Indian (Bangalore) subsidiary while spec gathering,

documentation and implementation was done in United States

• Created budget and Forecasting Optimization tools to further strengthen the order cycle from initiation to

completion

• Financial Spreadsheet modeling in Excel utilizing Macro’s, V-Lookup’s, IF-Statements, Pivot Tables, DB Handling, Excel Solver, Data Refinement and Mining and VBA coding. Later this was integrated into the Mobile Application so the information could be viewed and edited using either system

• Reporting, presentation and ad hoc analysis of budget and project specifications for C-Suite management

Project: Customization of SAP and other ERP systems Industry: Retail and Manufacturing

Duration: 13 months

• Handled Project Management of different Add-On services. Programming was outsourced to Indian subsidiary

• Oversaw several projects customizing SAP modules (HR and Material Management)

• Managed client engagement services and solution implementations

• Gathered pertinent information to create project scope and optimization for client satisfaction

• Defined and sold additional services to aid in cost management, scheduling and company performance

• Liaison between customer specs and programming (Bangalore, India) through communication of specs
