Qualifications

Responsible for day to day operations in the distillation plant (Vinyl) which included monitoring 9 towers and re- boilers. Storage spheres and some rail transport. Monitored feeds to Shentec customers

Implementing EH&S standards and work processes.

Lead/participated in EH&S related root cause investigations.

Complete scheduled compliance tasks and self-assessments.

Provide EH&S orientation and indoctrination training for new employees.

Collect data for EH&S reporting and record keeping.

Coordinate Industrial Hygiene monitoring and health surveillance programs.

Participate in and provide data for EH&S Systems Audits

Participate in Pre-startups and Management Change documents.

Conduct ergonomic evaluations.

Facilitate waste characterization and handling.

Turnaround Shut down Coordination / Start-up / Return to operations

Serve as a consultant on safety standards, loss prevention principles, industrial hygiene, and all related OSHA requirements.

Maintain certifications for current employees Instruct the instructor training (train the trainer)
