. Continuously evaluating all the aspect of the operations to identify gaps

and Organized approach to define and analyze problems, prioritize based

on time, money & resources, determining corrective actions and apply the

solution.

. Coordinate with Design dept. to conduct design review and submit ECR

(Engineering Change Request) for design Improvements to facilitate

productivity and quality.

. Creating/Modifying and optimizing Standard work procedure and routings to

complete the job in most efficient approach confirming quality.

. Generating efficiency matrix at department level as well as plant level.

. Assist in make or buy decisions, justify capital expenditures, SFMEA,

recommend new techniques/equipment to increase plant safety (OSHA),

quality and efficiency.

- Justified the need and lead the project of execution of Sub-Assembly

robot with projected savings of $ 600,000 with ROI of 9 months.

- Introduced Pulse Arc Welding machines giving the company an annual

saving of $320,000

. Worked on Facility Planning not limited to Budget, schedule and Purchase

but also includes Equipments, Tools, Fixturing, Plant layout,

rearranging staging location and forklift routing leading to reduction in

internal material handling thus reducing non-value added time.

. Implementation of improved and standardized swing arm timings, speed of

transport unit and pattern laying unit proved effective in reduction of

all the defects causing wire breakage, annual Saving of INR 10,00,000 in
