Science Degree in Food Science and Technology and a double minor in Food

Safety and Processing.

2009-2010: Attended the University of Cincinnati/Cincinnati State and

Midwest Culinary Institute in the Culinology Program. Received Culinary

Certification.

May 2013- Current: Sensory Research Assistant at The Ohio State University.

June - August 2012: Internship at Sugar Creek Packaging in Washington

Courthouse, OH. Internship consisted of a project in Research and

Development, and general duties in Quality Assurance such as facility

audits, shelf life testing and logging foreign material.
