PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

- Spearheaded and implemented a training and standardization program for key personnel.

- Solely developed and monitored minimum training and qualification standards for 120 staff, which included the evaluation of unit-level programs and managers, adherence to established standards and procedures, accurate recordkeeping and documentation, as well as technical and operational accuracy of associated manuals and publications.

- Played an instrumental role in proactively representing the community on program conferences.

- Closely worked with maintenance staff, kept track of personnel currency and training, as well as handled the flexing for unplanned scheduling conflicts and personnel challenges; ascertained safe and effective management of Air Refueling Track 112; and coordinated air refueling assets and receivers across multiple agencies.

- Initiated key efforts as operations supervisor in overseeing eight personnel responsible for scheduling 150 personnel into crews; consequently achieving operational requirements and tasking initiative.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

- Acted as training manager utilizing learning management systems for training delivery, tracking, and research.

- Carried out key tasks in motivating the peer group; instructing key manpower and training personnel for two operational and one training commands; and discussing each command to the leadership.
