2012 in US Health insurance (NASCO Enrollment and Billing process).

Worked for United Health Group as a Sr. Process Associate for 1.6 Years.

Worked for Apollo Health Street as a Sr. Process Associate for 2.8

Years.

Overall having 5+ years of experience in US Health care (non voice).

Roles and Responsibilities in Healthcare:

In present organization we are responsible to enroll the subscriber and their

family members. In addition to that loading COB, Medicare info (Part A, B), and

adding demographic changes to the clients system.

In United Health Group we used to update the data with current information relating to

the members who are covered in US Health Insurance. Sending report to the higher

officials regarding daily Production.

In Apollo Health Street I used to do Audit for the Healthcare related Claims

processed by the Associates, identify the errors from the Claims and give

feedback to the keyers regarding their errors.

Generate the Reports regarding Production and Quality of the team and sending it across

to the Client, Team Lead and Higher Officials.

Conducting Team Huddles with the team before going to work and discussing with them

regarding regular updates and errors and suggestions to avoid errors.

B.Com from Upendra Nath College, affiliated to North Orissa University.
