Experience Operated vacuum trucks and worked for oil field services in East Texas. Hauled flowback

for Kevin Walpole and EOG. Worked hand in hand with well control. Worked FRAC

with FRAC TECH and hauled diesel for Western Petroleum. Familiar with the Eagle Ford

Shale and currently haul crude in the area.

Worked as a technically competent, operationally efficient, and experienced

Equipment Operator in the service delivery process. Competently operated

and properly maintained all assigned equipment. Carried out duties in a

manner that is mindful of the environment and the communities, while

providing flawless quality and service free of incidents. Other specific duties

include being responsible for rig up, rig down, equipment operation and

maintenance or same equipment, as directed by supervisory staff. Drove

equipment to and from locations as required once all company and federal

regulations were satisfied. Maintained and submitted timely daily driver log

reports, equipment/truck reports, as well as Individual Driver’s Record

(IVDRs), and on occasion timesheets for out of town travel.
