specializing in Design Construct projects as well as structural and interior

remodeling to occupied facilities. Projects include Turkey Point Nuclear

sewage disposal expansion, historical renovations, high rise hotel

renovations, new luxury hotel construction, structural renovations to

condemned structures, restaurants and environmental projects related to

insurance claims and mold remediation.

estimating, contract buy out, subcontract negotiations, change orders, value

Engineering, project safety, site quality control, pay application approvals and

project closeout.

Construction responsibility includes development and implementing of project

schedules for concrete structures, interior finishes and site work. Secondary

responsibilities include subcontractor’s field meetings, quality control, safety, and

support facilities at Florida Power & Light Statewide Operational Facilities,

Power Plants (requiring Security Clearance) and Administrative Buildings;

Historical Renovations at South Beach; Ritz Hotel Structural remodeling (remove

2 floors off a 5 story condemned occupied Structure);Structural Building repairs

after Hurricane Andrew; Insurance Claims related to fire/water/mold; Mold

Assessment/Inspection/Remediation.

1986 TO 1990: Senior Project Manager

CRSS CONSTRUCTORS; 15 million dollar airport renovation;

Included remodel of 266 room hotel, lobby, restaurant and structural changes to an

existing 4th floor steel roof system while the hotel was in operation.

1984 to 1986: Project Field Manager

Continental/Marble and Granite; 15 million dollar granite and

marble installation on the exterior and interior of 55 story office building.

1981 to 1984: Project Field Manager

1) Morse/Diesel: 100 million dollar Miami Center Development

.The project consist of a 34 story hotel and 34 story office building; a 500,000 sqft

shopping plaza and 5 story parking garage; all being built simultaneously.

2) Retrofitting 40 story condominium with leaking window wall

3) CM/Associates: Dade county Schools; Fast track construction of

Junior High School (minority Contractors); National Children’s Cardiac Hospital

renovation
