Reviewed, updated all company PSM policies and procedures to include manufacturing forms that affect the safety of
all PSM covered processes. Trained employees at all levels 10 hour and 30 hour General Industry Course. Played a
key role during the 2008 and 2011 ADOSH Voluntary Protection Program (VPP), Star Award re-certifications.
Trained Safety Captains, Pyro-Technicians, Emergency Response Team members and newly hired employees on the
elements of PSM.
Manufacturing Supervisor responsible for the safe manufacturing of explosive initiators for the automotive airbag
industry. Directed daily activities and assigned work groups for 40+ team members. Served as the organizations
