Executive Assistant to Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Coordinate daily administrative activities for our Chairman that includes all correspondence of a confidential
nature. As a representative of the Chairman, I am privy to all Financials, Human Resources, and Legal
Documents.
• Coordinate Key Customer Meetings, Comprehensive Travel Planning, and Calendar Management for both
large and small Groups.
• Liaison for the International Companies with the Senior Vice Presidents, International Operations and the
Chairman.
• Liaison between Marketing Department for all Officers ensuring all International Companies are represented
in Marketing Material.
• Instrumental in initial contact for all of Meridian's acquisitions both Domestic and International. I meet all of
the Presidents and Officers and cultivate the relationships between the Organizations.
• Assist the General Counsel in concerns of the Organization and all the affiliates. I am kept aware of all Legal
Issues and Human Resource issues and report to the Chairman as necessary.
• Support Legal Department and Group Officers whenever necessary administratively.
• Attend Annual Officer's Meeting as a representative of the Organization and the Chairman.
• Chairperson for nearby Elementary School for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Chicago, IL. I Co-chaired
the program within Corporate Sponsorship. Initiate, Plan and encourage all Employees in the Organization
with support from the Chairman.

• Recorded annual D&B Board Meeting, bi-annual Nielsen Board Meeting. Set up and arranged for bi-annual
APT (D&B joint venture partner) Board Meeting.

• Designed, created and trained support staff on annual three year Business Plan projections for Nielsen to
deliver to D&B. Tested several software packages to determine which was most beneficial.

amount of contract for Testing Services activities nationwide.

EDUCATION
