silo, ensuring operation of waste filling equipment, and for the cleaning swipe survey of filled containers.

Assigned as alternate site safety and health officer for the project.

• Second employment with URS was to assist with the hurricane Katrina relief effort. Performed “Blue

Roof” inspections of homes in New Orleans which determined which homes was salvageable or needed

demolition. Also was assigned to the debris management team for disposition of waste cleared by numerous

contractors for the Army corps of Engineers.

facility. Utilized wet and dry decontamination methods and HEPA vacuum of contaminated dust and debris.

facility. Operated small heavy equipment, assisted with supervisory duties of other workers. Additionally
