Experience: Over 20 years in residential mortgages. Began with a Savings Bank in New England as a

loan officer and helped to develop many new variable rate instruments. As senior mortgage officer, led

the bank into first sales to secondary market and developed relationship with FHLMC. Also developed

programs to bring down delinquency and increase portfolio yield. Worked with several mortgage

companies and was most productive originator at most.

Contracted with Yankee Title to close loans.

Worked as commercial underwriter for 5 years with Executive Commercial Funding and with WMF

Capital Group. Companies both dealt with small, under $2.5 million, commercial mortgages.

Worked in due diligence for several companies in mid-90’s and was lead on many. Worked long job for

Greenwich Capital doing securitization of Cityscape loans.

Was a financial advisor for 5 years with Life, Variable Life and Series 7 licenses.

For last 12 years, worked for HUD contractors as marketing manager and later as contract manager,

handling foreclosures in FL, GA, PR, and the Virgin Islands. Then helped start a real estate company

specializing in REO management and sales. Was responsible for BPO production, inspections and final

marketing photos.

My positions over the years have provided me with broad experience in all aspects of real estate finance

from beginning to end.
