Duties: Daily Activity: Get with Production Supervisor, discuss day's
activity. Create the Week's PM Schedule, update as required. Create
Weekly Shift Schedule, adjusted as necessary. Update Management's Rebuild
Schedule as changes take place, to assign mechanics to tasks. Create Man-
Hours report for upcoming work to be done. To make Work Orders from Work
Requests, assign mechanics to tasks. Created Work Order Monitoring
spreadsheet. Additional duties; to Receive parts from Shipping, itemize,
put information into Oracle from Purchase Orders, and put information into
Receiving Log. From Parts Requisition Forms; parts taken out of Parts
Cage, put information into Oracle for attaching to Work Orders; also
created Need Parts Indication spreadsheet. Also Work Orders turned in;
ensure closed, adding additional mechanics to Work Order and enter in time
spent per mechanic into Oracle. Communicate with Management and Production
for status with tasks at hand and future projects.

Duties: Everyday company wide inspection; details to Supervisors &
Managers. Tract Forklifts conditions; talk about status with Maintenance
Manager. Organize & conduct all safety training. Organize & I was the Chair
Person for the weekly Safety Committee Meetings. Maintain the companies
GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices), responsible for disciplinary actions.
Order any item necessary for company's welfare. Meet with Vendors &
Contractors for things necessary for upkeep of smooth running business.

Duties: Scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance injection molding
machines. This includes the robots - take out equipment, high-speed
