utilize my experience in the commercial and industrial piping, plumbing and
HVAC areas of construction.
Work History
TA Process Systems 2012-2013
. Prepared mechanical proposals for industrial and commercial
installations. Proposals included process piping, HVAC systems,
platforms, conveyors and installation of equipment.
. Award of project would include purchase of material, issuance of
purchase orders, coordination with vendors, owners and field
personnel.
. Piping systems included stainless steel (process and sanitary), PVC,
carbon steel and /or copper.
. Projects involving equipment would involve HVAC, setting of tanks,
installing/revising conveyors and/or piping systems associated with
these entities.
. Customers included Sunny Delight, Coca Cola, Ecolab, Ken's Foods,
Americold and Anheuser Busch.
Private Consultant 2008-2012
. I prepare detailed take-offs in the areas of commercial and industrial
plumbing and HVAC.
. Plumbing systems include underground and aboveground piping, fixtures
and equipment.
. Mechanical systems include piping systems to HVAC equipment.
. Projects have included schools, fire stations, multi-floor housing,
hospitals and tenant work.
Action Electrical & Mechanical 2001-2008
. I worked with commercial and industrial customers on their piping,
plumbing and HVAC
needs.
. I took projects from estimating, submit proposal, buy-out material and
close-out.
. I have had extensive experience with systems utilizing copper tube,
ductile iron pipe, cast
iron pipe and steel pipe.
. I was able to add new customers for Action including CMI, Toyota
Bodine Aluminum Casting Plant, Randstad, International Paper, Toyota
Engine Plant, Freightliner, Dick's Sporting Goods, Westin Hotel and
Radisson Hotel.
. I took a lot of pride in taking a project from its infancy to
completion, on-time and under
budget.
D&N Construction Services 1998-2001
. As estimator/project manager, I was responsible for all plumbing and
HVAC take-offs on
elementary, middle and high school projects. I coordinated
quotes from vendors and
subcontractors in preparing the quotes.
. I attended job meetings as a liaison between field personnel, general
contractors and owners.
Maxair 1996-1998
. As project manager, I was responsible in working with new and existing
customers in their plumbing and HVAC needs.
. I was responsible for the projects from the estimate to close-out.
B&W Mechanical Contractors 1994-1996
. I was fortunate enough to be project manager for all temporary
plumbing for the 1996
Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta. I also managed annual
construction for the Super
Show held at the World Congress Center in Atlanta.

I am presently a member of the Pope Greyhound Wrestling Club Board of
Directors.
